1、 P43X Series Quick Exhaust Valve Product Overview

The P43X Series Quick Exhaust Valve Body Is Cylindrical In Shape, And The Valve Internals Include Stainless Steel Floating Ball, Valve Stem, And Valve Disc.

This Valve Is Installed At The Pump Outlet Or In The Water Distribution Pipeline To Eliminate The Air Accumulated In The Pipe, In Order To Improve The Efficiency Of The Pipeline And Water Pump,When Negative Pressure Is Generated Inside The Pipe, This Valve Quickly Sucks In External Air To Prevent Damage To The Pipeline Due To Negative Pressure.

When Water Starts To Be Injected Into The Pipe, The Valve Disc Is In The Open Position For A Large Amount Of Exhaust. When The Air Is Exhausted, The Valve Is Filled With Water, And The Floating Ball Rises And Drives The Valve Disc To Close, Stopping The Exhaust. When The Water In The Pipe Is Transported Normally, If A Small Amount Of Air Accumulates In The Valve To A Considerable Extent, The Water Level In The Valve Drops, And The Air Is Discharged Through The Small Hole.

When The Water Pump Stops, The Water Flow In The Pipe Is Empty Or Negative Pressure Is Generated Inside The Pipe. At This Time, The Plug Quickly Opens To Suck In Air, Ensuring The Safety Of The Pipeline. Medium Temperature: 0-80 ℃.
