1. Low Fluid Resistance, Ball Valve Is One Of The Valves With Relatively Low Fluid Resistance, Even For Reduced Diameter Ball Valves, Its Fluid Resistance Is Quite Small.


2. The Switch Is Fast And Convenient. As Long As The Valve Stem Rotates 90 °, The Ball Valve Completes The Fully Open Or Fully Closed Action, Making It Easy To Achieve Rapid Opening And Closing.


3. Good Sealing Performance. The Sealing Ring Of The Ball Valve Seat Is Generally Made Of Elastic Materials Such As Polytetrafluoroethylene, Which Is Easy To Ensure Sealing, And The Sealing Force Of The Ball Valve Increases With The Increase Of Medium Pressure.


4. The Valve Stem Seal Is Reliable. When The Ball Valve Is Opened And Closed, The Valve Stem Only Rotates, So The Packing Seal Of The Valve Stem Is Not Easily Damaged, And The Sealing Force Of The Valve Stem Reverse Seal Increases With The Increase Of Medium Pressure.

Clamp Series Ball Valve

Compared With Ordinary Products, Clamp Ball Valves And Clamp Insulated Jacket Ball Valves Have The Advantages Of Short Structural Length, Light Weight, Easy Installation, And Material Saving.



Reliable Sealing Of Valve Seat

The Floating Ball Valve Adopts A Double Inclined Elastic Sealing Ring Or V-shaped Groove Elastic Sealing Ring Structure Design. When The Medium Pressure Is Low, The Contact Area Between The Sealing Ring And The Sphere Is Small, So There Is A Larger Sealing Pressure Ratio To Ensure Reliable Sealing. When The Medium Pressure Is High, The Contact Area Between The Sealing Ring And The Ball Valve Increases, So The Sealing Ring Can Withstand A Large Medium Thrust Without Being Damaged.

For Ball Valves With Low Working Pressure, Considering That The Medium Pressure Cannot Ensure Reliable Sealing Of The Valve Seat, And The Pre Tightening Force Will Decay After Long-term Use, A Plate Spring Loaded Valve Seat Sealing Structure Is Adopted For Ball Valves Used In Low Pressure, Ultra-low Pressure Or Vacuum Conditions To Ensure Long-term Reliable Sealing Of The Ball Valve.

The Fixed Ball Valve Selects The Ball Front Sealing Structure, Ball Back Sealing Structure, Or Ball Front And Rear Double Sealing Structure According To The Pressure, Medium Properties, And Sealing Requirements.



Reliable Sealing Of Valve Stem

The Valve Stem Adopts A Bottom Mounted Structure With A Reverse Seal, And The Sealing Force Of The Reverse Seal Increases With The Increase Of Medium Pressure, Ensuring The Reliable Sealing Of The Valve Stem. Moreover, When The Valve Chamber Is Under Constant Pressure, The Valve Stem Will Not Be Flushed Out. The Valve Stem Adopts A Well-designed V-shaped Packing, Which Can Effectively Convert The Clamping Force And Dielectric Pressure Of The Packing Cover Into The Sealing Force Of The Valve Stem.


Flexible And Reliable Operation

A Set Of Reinforced Polytetrafluoroethylene With Low Friction Coefficient Is Installed In Parts With Relative Motion (such As Valve Stem And Valve Body, Valve Stem And Packing Pressure Sleeve), Which Accidentally Reduces The Operating Torque, Makes Opening And Closing More Flexible, And Avoids Scratches Between Metal Parts.



Fire Resistant Structure

According To User Needs, Ball Valves Can Be Designed With Fire-resistant Structures. In The Event Of A Fire Causing The Soft Sealing Ring Such As Polytetrafluoroethylene To Burn Out, The Ball Valve Can Still Operate Reliably And Have Good Sealing Performance To Prevent The Expansion Of The Fire. The Fire-resistant Structure And Performance Requirements Of The Ball Valve Comply With The Provisions Of AP1607 And JB/T6899 Standards.


Anti Static Structure

According To User Requirements, Ball Valves Can Be Designed With Anti-static Structures. Using A Spring Plunger Type Electrostatic Discharge Device, An Electrostatic Channel Is Formed Between The Ball And The Rod, As Well As Between The Valve Stem And The Valve Body. Full Diameter Series And Reduced Diameter Series

Low Temperature Ball Valve

In Order To Prevent The Failure Of The Valve Stem Packing Seal Under Low Temperature Conditions, The Low-temperature Ball Valve Adopts A Long Neck Structure Design. The Valve Seat Adopts A Structural Design With Automatic Pressure Relief Function To Prevent Abnormal Pressure Rise Of The Medium In The Valve Chamber Due To Temperature Rise.
