Product Working Principle

The Piston, Under The Action Of The Spring, Drives The Valve Stem And Valve Disc To Move Downwards. The Sealing Element Presses The Valve Seat Tightly, And The Valve Closes;
When Operated Pneumatically, When The Ambient Temperature Around The Valve Reaches The Melting Temperature Of The Fusible Metal (for Emergency Shut-off Valves Used In Low-temperature Tank Trucks And Low-temperature Tank Containers, The Fusible Plug Should Melt At 75 ℃± 5 ℃), The Fusible Metal Inside The Plug Will Melt, And The Working Pressure Inside The Cylinder Will Be Automatically Discharged. The Piston, Under The Action Of The Spring, Drives The Valve Stem And Valve Disc To Move Downward, And The Sealing Element Presses The Valve Seat Tightly, Causing The Valve To Close;
