Steel Wire Mesh Skeleton Polyethylene Pipe
Product Introduction
Steel Wire Mesh Skeleton Polyethylene (PE) Composite Pipe Is A Type Of Pipe That Uses Wrapped Steel Wire Mesh As A Reinforcement And Modified Polyethylene With Anti-static, Flame-retardant, And Corrosion-resistant Inner And Outer Layers. The Steel Wire Mesh Is Bonded And Fixed With Special Hot Melt Adhesive, And Then Extruded To Form A Composite Pipe. By Compounding The Steel Wire Mesh Skeleton Inside The Pipe Wall, The Pressure Resistance Level Of The Pipe Can Be Improved, And The Working Pressure Can Reach 3.5 MPa. This Composite Pipe Has A Reduced Wall Thickness Compared To Pure PE Pipes, Uses Less Material Than Ordinary Pure PE Pipes (especially Those With A Diameter Greater Than 250mm), And Reduces Costs. It Is A New Type Of Pipe That Replaces Steel With Plastic.
