Coated Spiral Steel Pipe
Product Introduction
When Processing Raw Spiral Welded Pipes, Weld Treatment Is The Essence Of Raw Spiral Welded Pipes. The Processing Of Welds Is Usually Divided Into Three Categories. Below, We Will Explore The Welds During The Processing:
A Type Of Original Spiral Welded Pipe Weld: All Welds Inside The Branch Pipe; Longitudinal Seams Of Steel Pipe Walls; Steel Pipe Circumferential Seam; Node Closure Loop Seam; The Weld Seam Between The Partition And The Pipe Wall. If Ultrasonic Testing Is Used For This Type Of Weld, The Sampling Rate Is 50%; If Radiographic Testing Is Used, The Sampling Rate Is 5%, And The Quality Requirement Is B1 Level Qualified.
Type II Original Spiral Welded Pipe Welds: Steel Pipe Wall Joints; The Butt Weld Of The Retaining Ring And The Reinforcing Ring, As Well As The Combined Weld With The Pipe Wall. If Ultrasonic Testing Is Used For This Type Of Weld, The Sampling Rate Is 50%, And The Quality Requirement Is B2 Level Qualified.
Three Types Of Original Spiral Welded Pipe Welds: Welds On Auxiliary Components, With Less Stress, Will Not Affect Power Generation Or Water Injection Operations During Maintenance.
